Chilly mornings call for big ol’ coats and chunky scarves wrapped a minimum of three times round one’s neck.
I’m contemplating making one of these but might just be a lazybones and buy one instead.
I wish I could be as cool as her.

Does it get that cold in Perth or are you on a break away? My siblings tell me they never need coats over there! I’m so in love with Elk at the moment too. My sister bought me some hexagonal earrings and I wear them all the time. Currently obsessing over which item(s) to buy next for myself through their website. P.S Love the red on you! x
Hey Sonia! It really does once in a while and I reckon this has been one of the most persistently cold winters we’ve had in a while. Not subzero but days that never quite make it over ten degrees! Plus I’m a wimp… 🙂

Gorgeous winter outfit 🙂 I’ve accrued two good quality coats this winter and have worn them both heaps. The mornings are so freezing at the moment even when the days get warm!
Your chunky scarf + coat look is very pin-worthy 😉 that’s the kind of scarf I’m in the process of knitting… The problem with knitting huge scarves is that you us SOO much wool and they take blooming long!! Will post about it when I’m done! If you manage to knit one of those cardis, I’ll be forever in awe.

At the moment the scarf is long enough to do one lap around my neck but with one edge at the back and the other at the front (if that makes sense)… Aiming to get it both “arms” at the front and nice and long dangling down!! I’ll show you when I’m done 🙂
